1.Who can use picdibs

You must be at least 13. We verify age at sign-up and there’s always a non-facial way to do it. Accounts found to be under 13 are removed. The optional “photos of you” face features are available to adults (18+) only — under-18 members are never enrolled and no face data is collected from them.

2.Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Keep your device and number secure — anything done through your verified session is treated as you.

3.Events and photos

An event album is private to its members. Anyone in the group can add photos and save the ones they want. Only upload photos you’re allowed to share. Don’t upload anything illegal, non-consensual, or harmful to the people in it.

4.Removing photos

You can ask for any photo to be taken down — it’s hidden from the album immediately and the host is asked to review it. The host, and the person who uploaded a photo, can delete it permanently for everyone. We can remove content that violates these Terms.

5.Face match is optional

“Photos of you” is opt-in and governed by a separate consent you give in the app. It is never required to use an album, and you can turn it off and delete your face data at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

6.Safety

You can block another member (you won’t see each other’s uploads) and report a photo for review. Misuse — harassment, sharing others’ images without consent — can get an account removed.

7.The basics

picdibs is provided as-is, for sharing photos among people who know each other. We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app.
